A short note on privacy
A Daybook is a small personal notebook. It is hosted on a static page and it does not run any analytics, tracking, advertising, or third-party scripts of any kind. There is nothing for you to opt in or out of, because nothing is being collected.
If you write to me at [email protected], I keep your message in my mailbox until I have replied. After that I usually delete it. I do not add your address to any list, because there is no list.
Server logs
The server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user-agent) for up to fourteen days, so I can notice when something is broken. The logs are not shared and are rotated automatically.
Cookies
The notebook itself sets no cookies. If your browser shows a cookie from this domain, it is technical only โ used to remember that your browser already passed a routine integrity check โ and it is removed when you close the tab.
Changes
If this note ever changes in any meaningful way, I will mention it in a post on the front page. The current version was last touched on .
If anything here is unclear, please write. I am happy to answer.
